Silicone Oil and Grease

Anand Oil company offers wide range of silicone greases, Silicone compounds and Silicone Oils. 

Silicone greases are normally used where there is a wide band in temperature range. 

They operate optimally in temperature ranges of -73 to 180 degree Celsius. Ideal for cold start equipments.

Silicone compounds are products usually thickened with fumed silica. They act as water resistant sealants in high vacuum environments, protective coatings on high voltage overhead line insulators and as mold releases for rubber and plastic parts.

Silicone Oils essentially have similar characteristics to silicone greases and compounds. They are usually used as heat transfer mediums, and as a damping and hydraulic fluid in special applications.

1. Silicone Oil are used as mould release agent in plastic and rubber parts. It gives good finish to product. It also forms a protective layer which protect the product from moisture, chemicals and fumes.

2. As a protective coating on high voltage overhead line insulators. As a water proof agent cum sealant in switches, battery terminals, cable and cable connections, threaded connection in instruments.

3. Sealant cum lubricant for glass joints, stop cocks, plug valves, control valves, ceramic plug cocks and chemical process equipment. Lubrication of synthetic rubber ‘O’ rings, seal and gaskets. As a release agent in plastic, PVC and Polymers.

4. Silicone Oil can also be used as Heat transfer media, Damping fluid, Hydraulic fluid, Auxiliary for manufacturer of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

5. Anand Multipurpose Silicone grease are long life chemically inert greases. Oxidation resistant guards against corrosion. Good water repelling properties and suitable for humid atmospheres for different types of roller, ball and needle bearing and for lubrication of pumps including submersible pumps.
